Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged on orders
placed in the state of Georgia.
Will you create a custom piece of jewelry
for me?
Absolutely! Send us an email with your ideas
and we will do a paper draft, and send it to
you for your approval before crafting your
piece. We love doing custom orders.
I like a piece of your jewelry, but would
you make a small change for me?
Sure we will. We want you to be pleased with
your jewelry, and if we can make a slight
change to our own design we will be happy to
do that for you. Remember, this would then
be classified as a custom piece since each
piece of jewelry we make is unique so price
may vary.
What if I want to return my order?
Please understand that we cannot accept
returns on custom orders. Since these are
made to your specification, we cannot expect
that your likes will be wanted by others. We
do not begin creation of any custom pieces
without prior approval, so once this is
obtained it is a non-returnable item.
All other pieces in our collection are
eligible for return within 30 days of
purchase.
Can I buy from you if I live outside the
United States?
Of course. We will ship Internationally.

order at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Money Orders, or Visa and
MasterCard through our virtual terminal. We
only accept PayPal for our International
customers.
Will I be liable for my jewelry while it
is being shipped?
Absolutely not. All our orders are shipped
insured for the value of the piece. That
amount is included in the shipping price.
Are your prices flexible?
It depends on the piece. It is possible that
the price is negotiable, but no guarantee.
When thinking of negotiating, please keep in
mind the time to create such a unique piece
as well as its original, one-of-a-kind
quality. No one else will own any of our
pieces except for the purchaser.
 Will you deliver on Saturdays?
We will certainly deliver on Saturday if
requested and if Saturday delivery costs are
paid in advance. If you request this
service, please call or email prior to
making payment.
